GFTeam Tennessee is connected to Grappling Fight Team. GFTeam is a renowned Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu organization established in Rio de Janeiro by Professors Julio Cesar, Marcus Bello, and Alexandre Barauna in 1996. Much like the Gracie family, this organization has developed extensively, with more than 250 representatives and hundreds of affiliates spread across the globe. By includingMMA into their programs, GFTeam continues to grow and thrive with each gym location being established

Team

In addition to their technical expertise, our instructors are also excellent teachers who know how to create a supportive and challenging learning environment. They understand that every student is unique and tailor their approach to meet the needs of each individual.

Our instructors also prioritize safety, ensuring that all students learn and practice techniques in a safe and controlled manner. They are committed to helping our students build strong foundations in Jiu-Jitsu, and are always available to answer questions and provide feedback.

The gym is clean and spacious. It is my 2nd home! The owners are friendly and welcoming. The kids' coach is passionate about the children.
